Andrew Davis, CEO
Andrew Davis is a state licensed mortgage loan originator. He was born and raised in Fort Myers and attended Fort Myers High School. After graduating with honors, he obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Florida where he also played on the College World Series runner-up baseball team. With one year of internship experience working for a large corporate bank and two years at a local community bank Andrew accepted a full time job as a personal banker at a local bank in Fort Myers. After five years there he decided to focus on his passion of residential mortgages and obtained his mortgage loan originator license. For two months Andrew worked for an out of town lender and then found his home at a local mortgage broker business in Fort Myers. Andrew is also a licensed real estate instructor and currently teaches mortgage licensing and real estate classes at a local real estate school. His mortgage banking background mixed with his higher level of education in economics helps him find the most economical products with the lowest interest rates for all clients.
Daniel Davis, President
Daniel Davis is a state licensed mortgage loan originator since 2015. He was born and raised in Fort Myers and attended Fort Myers High School. Dan graduated from the University of Florida, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. Daniel has prior experience in the banking industry and worked as a consultant for Deloitte Consulting LLC. Daniel also has extensive experience in the local Fort Myers real estate market and enjoys boating and coaching youth sports in his free time. He diligently works to ensure all his clients receive a combination of the best service, interest rates, and lowest fees possible for their specific loan scenario.
Bob Vaughan, President
Bob Vaughan is a state licensed mortgage loan originator. He was born and raised in Fort Myers and attended Fort Myers High School. Bob graduated from the University of Central Florida, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. After college, Bob worked for a local community bank as a credit analyst for commercial real estate transactions and also served as the head of the bank owned real estate department. Bob also is a licensed real estate instructor with the state of Florida and currently teaches mortgage licensing and real estate licensing courses at a local real estate school.
